Project Coordinator (Strategy & Policy)

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator who would love to part of a team that sets the direction for our city and our community. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality project coordination and administrative support to help the Strategy & Policy team plan, track and deliver a diverse programme of work.
You will:
- manage administrative systems to support the successful planning and delivery of projects
- support our project leads with documentation and project administration
- support the team with reporting, scheduling and evaluation.
- help the team stay organised, maintain momentum, and deliver quality outcomes on time.
All about you
You will have proven skills and experience in project coordination, and/or working in a busy administration role. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent planning and scheduling capability
- Confidence preparing and supporting documentation, reporting and evaluation processes
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- A customer-focused approach and commitment to great service
This is a part time role for 20 hours a week and we are flexible on how those 20 hours are made up.
